Shipping Policy

Delivery is not included in the price of the goods, it will be invoiced separately. Our office will contact you once you place the order, otherwise you can call us.

We offer different delivery options depending on your urgency to receive the product and where you are in the UK. (see below)

All items are delivered via Parcel or Pallet courier or via our own drivers.

Delivery is made kerbside only ( Unless via our own drivers). Please note that the drivers do not unpack or position goods.
Parcel Courier
Small items are sent via DPD or similar and are posted on a 3 day service unless you wish for a next day service.
Pallet Courier
This is available on a 3 working day service and can be upgraded to a next day service if required.
With pallet deliveries, you need to inform us about any access issues as they are generally delivered on 18 tonne rigid lorries. You will be charged a re-delivery fee if the driver cannot get access to your site.
Van Courier
We do operate our own vans, it just depends how quickly you require it, whether it can go on to a run with other items or we have to make a specific journey. We will advise you once you contact us.
Return & Exchange Policy

Please carefully check the goods by unpacking them before signing for the delivery. If you find any damages please refuse the delivery and we will exchange your product.

If you sign for the delivery, this means you are accepting it and the insurance policy will not cover the transport damages you may want to claim. Therefore once the delivery document is signed, we will not accept any responsibility for the transport damages and we will not be able to exchange the product or provide a refund.

No refunds/returns will be accepted thereafter.
